Ajantha's ardour for sports, coupled with his extensive associations with renowned sports brands, inspired the establishment of Lotus Commerce House, dedicated to the promotion of sports and culture, fostering community engagement, and advancing sporting and cultural events. He co-founded The Great Indian Golf Alliance, GIGA.

Ram is a distinguished event management professional with over two decades of experience. As the Director at Saltmarch Media, he specializes in curating events that unite global visionaries, thought leaders, and innovators. Throughout his career, he has successfully orchestrated large-scale corporate events and technology conferences for multinational organizations. As a dedicated social evangelist, Ram actively mentors various social projects and marathons, including 'India Plog Run,' a thriving volunteer-driven community that contributes significantly to environmental and social causes. His leadership has also led to the successful execution of remarkable social events, such as Nandi Habba and the Nandi Clean-up drive. In 2018, his innovative approach resulted in the Guinness World Records-recognized Bengaluru Plog Run, known for collecting the most plastic bottles for recycling within 12 hours. Ram's outstanding contributions and passion for creating positive change have earned him recognition, including The India Green Leadership Award from India CSR, underscoring his remarkable career.

Pavan Kumar Adapa, the Founder and CEO of White Lotus Group is a visionary and distinguished graduate of IIT Madras. As a serial entrepreneur, he has a track record of having successfully built ventures in the fitness and co-working industries. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Pavan made significant contributions in the corporate world as a Management Consultant, driving mergers and acquisitions. The essence of Home and Living to him, is the creation of ‘Personal Sanctuaries’ – a concept he has pioneered for White Lotus. A 40 year veteran in the Golf and Hospitality Industry, Declan McCollam has spent the last 23 years with the world leaders in golf course management Troon Golf, managing properties in Australia, Europe, Middle East, USA and Asia. Prior to joining Troon Golf in 2000 he was based in both the USA and Germany managing his own golf businesses, and has extensive background in tournament golf as well as golf operations and hospitality management. He has been the General Manager of the Prestige Golfshire and Prestige Augusta Golf Clubs for the last three years.

A senior business leader working with corporate houses to provide strategic insights and explore industry-level partnerships, Sumit is an entrepreneur and accomplished golfer, holding board-level positions in some of the companies he is associated with. With over five decades in golf, he has 500 trophies to his name – with inscriptions that bear the names of Mercedes, British Airways, Deutsche Bank and a stint at the David Leadbetter’s academy in the US. Sumit has served on the Management Committee in key positions at Karnataka Golf Association over the years, including Captain and President. He has also represented several major golf clubs, including the KGA, Prestige Golfshire, Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, Bangalore Golf Club, Eagleton The Golf Village and the Lucknow Golf Club, at various national and international tournaments.

A business leader for over three decades, Hari Achanta is one of the senior TARS (R&A) qualified referees in India as well as the senior- most USGA certified course raters in the country. He has refereed many tournaments, and is one of the most experienced course raters in India, having rated golf courses all over the country. He is now an instructor at IGU's referee certification programmes, and has been the editor of Golfline - India's first golf magazine, for three years from 2005-2008.

A passionate golfer and an accomplished event planner, Chetan’s mission is to elevate the status of golf in India and inspire its growth. As the author of 'The Game of Less is More,' he delivers valuable insights into how golf empowers professionals to navigate complex situations with simplicity, fostering smarter decision-making. Chetan's profound commitment to the sport, positions him as a driving force behind the expansion of golf's horizons with meticulously crafted events and personalised training sessions, enriching the golfing community.

With over 15 years in content & communications, Dr.Charmaine Kenita is the branding strategist and founder of Out 'O' Box Content, a niche boutique, industry agnostic content & marketing agency infusing creativity and design thinking into diverse projects. Led by 'Marketing Others Before Ourselves’, she works in bringing together a unique combination of brand strategy, creative conceptualization and psychology to create marketing communication and brand design. She is a Homeopathic doctor and certified interventional Yoga Practitioner, partners with sustainable living initiatives, participates in city-led green projects and engages in forums on women empowerment, transgender and LGBT rights.

With a collective experience of over 20 years in the field of Design, Hemanth has worked in many different domains in a variety of roles during this span. He has spoken at many conferences, conducted many workshops and authored various articles and tutorials in the field of Design, Game Design/Dev and Front End. He loves to evangelize best practices in Design. Currently, he heads his own digital experience design agency - Design Brained Studio where Hemanth and his team work on All Things Design for businesses.
